岗位职责: Demand & Resource planning: 50% - Resource operational planning for industrilizaiton test in China plants by consolidating daily requests from project members - Review and confirm change for industrilizaiton plan with plant coordinator in a weekly basis. - Check and record change based on request mail on a daily basis - Align data on planning tool and notify planner maintain data in system for mis-alignment on a daily basis - Coordinate to smooth peak when there's demand conflict to ensure plant can arragne plan. - Prepare monthly cancellation indicator report and and review with related project members. Logistics: 30% - Prepare monthly leadtime indicator files and find root cause with forwarder agents. Other 20% - Support for data analysis 任职要求: - Good communication skills, quick learner, proactive, open mind - Excel & Powerpoint - Fluent English in written -2-3 days per week (pefer Tue,Wed,Thu), lasts 6 months
