Job Description:
Mission and Purpose:
Audi China Purchasing is leading a project about branded charging.
Audi China has an aggressive plan to build up branded charging stations in the
next few years in top cities in China, to ensure the premium customer
experience about charging and to promote the BEV volume. The key tasks of the
project team consist of network planning, design, purchasing, operation,
promotion. In the meanwhile, the project team needs to sync the latest status
with Group and Audi AG.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the project manager for daily work
·
Support to organize meetings with internal and external
stakeholders
·
Preparation of management presentations
·
Preparation of internal meeting presentations
·
Organize and prepare agenda for meetings
·
Take part in project meetings and write meeting minutes
·
Coordination and exchange information between Ingolstadt and
Beijing
·
Supervise CPO to provide qualified operation of go-live station
Qualifications:
Education Background:
· On the way to Bachelor or master degree
· Business related majors (such as business administration, marketing,
economical) are preferred
Professional Skills:
· Proficiency in using Excel, PPT
· Data analysis skill is preferred
· Skills of photo shooting and video clip is preferred
Competence Requirements:

Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills, customer
orientation
·
Excellent organization, problem solving and time management skills
·
Ability to work productively under pressure and be flexible for
various tasks
Language Skills:
·
Good command of English in speaking and writing
·
German is preferred
