Junior Communications & Marketing Specialist is a dynamic and creative professional responsible for supporting, collaborating and drafting marketing promotion materials and various communication contents to promote LTS products and services.
Core Responsibilities
1. Marketing Responsibilities:
· Support Marketing- and Corporate Events: Assist in preparing events such as exhibitions, corporate events, and conferences.
· Marketing Material Management: Maintain and regularly update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, product sheets, ensuring they remain accurate and reflect the latest company information and branding.
· Supplier Collaboration: Coordinate with suppliers, engaged to support marketing- and corporate activities, produce high-quality marketing materials.
2. Communications Responsibilities:
· Content Creation: Draft, edit, and prepare engaging social media posts, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand image and guidelines.
· Webpage Maintenance: Maintain and update the company webpage including eBase (internal webpage) regularly, ensuring content is up-to-date.
· Internal Communication: Assist in drafting internal newsletters, announcements, and other company communication.
Ideal Candidate Profile
1. Academic Strengths: Bachelor degree and above, major in business, marketing, communication, public relations is preferred; All majors are meanwhile welcome.
2. Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly and persuasively; Proficiency-level English skills.
3. Extensive Experience: Expertise in using various social media platforms, photography and videography, have 0-2 years of experience in a related field experience, internship are included; Strong emphasis on B2B marketing is a plus.
