About AIA Actuarial Shared Services Centre: • AIA Actuarial Shared Services Centre (ASSC) is in Technology Shared Service (TSS/AIAIT mainland), which is subsidiary of AIA, ASSC functionally reports to AIA Group Actuarial Department. ASSC provides Actuarial services & Actuarial Consultancy support to AIA Group, AIA all local business units. • The AIA Promise Model is a centralized and optimized Actuarial model for all AIA business units and all actuarial reporting basis calculations & analysis. It’s based on Prophet and with a comprehensive governance, it performs runs using Prophet Enterprise on Cloud. What You Will Do: 1. Support valuation and mainly on Prophet Actuarial Model (Name as: PROMISE), to take over BAU actuarial jobs from AIA Business Units and Group Actuarial Department over long term. 2. Receive guidance from senior actuaries of ASSC internal/business units (BUs)/Group office on all technical matters and infrastructure related matters. 3. Handle assignments from senior actuaries and deliver quality output within deadlines. 4. Perform change control and production runs, maintenance of the model Documentation of the model development. 5. Assist actuarial financial related reports preparation and ensure timely and accurate delivery of actuarial results. 6. Assist on actuarial process digitalization & automation, big data setup and analysis. What We Are Looking For: 1. University student expected to graduate in 2026/2027, majoring in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. 2. Passed at least 4 actuarial exams, ASA or FSA is preferred. 3. Solid experience in actuarial system development, preferably with Prophet. 4. Internship requires a minimum duration of 6 months and availability for at least 3 working days per week. 5. Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure. 6. Proficient in oral and written English.
