职位职责： 1、深入考察印尼信贷业务潜在资金管理优化点，精准优化运营策略 2、基于数据指标建立有效监控体系，及时定位问题、解决问题 3、挖掘部门内运营流程/资金管理标准的可优化点，提出业务优化策略 4、基于业务团队合作，推进各类项目策略制定、结果分析与计划改善，推进部门整体效率的提升 职位要求： 1、统招本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、计算机或金融等相关专业同学优先； 2、熟练使用数据分析工具(SQL/Excel基础，R/Python加分) 3、英语流利，中文/印尼语加分； 4、具备较高的数据逻辑和数据敏感性，有较强的数据分析能力； 5、具备较强的沟通能力、学习能力，推进团队协作。具备积极解决各种难题的能力； 6、有强烈的学习和提高欲望，有创新精神。 Responsibilities: 1. Make an in-depth study of the potential fund management optimization points of Indonesian credit business and accurately optimize the institutional operation strategy. 2. Establish an effective monitoring system based on data indicators to locate and solve problems in time. 3. Excavate the optimization points of operation process / fund management standards in the department, and put forward the business optimization strategy. 4. Based on business team cooperation,promote all kinds of project strategy formulation, result analysis and plan improvement, and improve the overall efficiency of the department. Qualification: 1、Bachelor degreeor above; Majors in mathematics, statistics, computer science or finance are preferred. 2、Proficient in the use of data analysis tools (SQL/Excel basics, R/Python bonus points). 3、Fluent in English and Indonesian. Mandarin proficiency is a plus. 4、Have high data logic and data sensitivity, strong data analysis ability. 5、Have strong communication skills, learning and problem solving capabilities, and teamwork spirit. 6、Have a strong desire to learn, improve and innovate.
