Your Responsibilities:
Support on Volkswagen Talent Management & Succession Planning;
Support on development process towards Management & Leadership in organization, implementation, feedback review and payment process;
Support on Management & Leadership qualification;
Support on joint-projects & programs with other VGC entities;
Support on diagnostic for talent selection;
Support on department event organization, internal communication and department related daily tasks.
Our Requirements:
Enrolled university student with outstanding academic record;
Fluent in spoken and written English (German is a plus);
Proficient in Microsoft office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)&semi and python.
Basic data analysis skills are a plus;
Preference will be given to applicants with knowledge of Personnel Development, or with relevant work experience
Highly interested in working in HR field, willing to learn and can work under pressure with a positive attitude
Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills;
Availability for 5 days per Week (preference)
