Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage database operations (RDS, Redis, etc.), including installation, deployment, upgrades, migrations, stress testing, backups, and more.
2. Conduct performance analysis and continuous optimization of databases, and research and implement new technologies.
3. Oversee database access management and troubleshoot issues.
4. Develop and execute disaster recovery plans.
5. Ensure the security, integrity, and reliability of database systems and backup processes.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Proficiency in English for professional communication; overseas study or work experience is a plus.
2. Familiarity with various database types and optimization techniques, including relational, time-series, non-relational, and key-value databases.
3. Experience in managing sharding and database middleware.
4. Ability to independently design and optimize database middleware and architectures based on business needs.
5. Proficiency in using monitoring systems to comprehensively track database and middleware performance metrics.
Strong troubleshooting skills, meticulous work ethic, high sense of responsibility, and ability to perform under pressure.
