工作职责
1.Media Planning: Collect and analyze 3rd party tourism/media data to support media strategy and media plan. Review media proposal from agency or vendor
2.Internal Process: Before campaign launch, follow up internal process, closely communicating with supporting team, such as Procurement, Legal, Tax and Finance, to make projects launch on time.
3.Campaign Execution: After launch, regularly monitor the performance of on-going campaigns. Be responsible for daily/weekly reports by processing front-end and back-end data.
4.Campaign Review: Review the campaign overall performance when campaign ends. Generate insights and learnings from past campaigns, and summarize what to do next step.
5.Others: Organize meetings, Translate documents, etc.
任职资格
1.Current university students majored in Marketing, Statistics, Advertising, Communications, Media, Tourism and Business Analytics, etc.
2.Working/Internship experience in Marketing Department of Internet, Tourism, FMCG, Beauty, Automobile, Retail, or Media/Adveritisng agency.
3.Basic knowledge about media measurement, such as media KPIs.
4.Fluent in English speaking and writing.
5.Strong data/report search and data analytics capabilities.
6.Proficient in MS Excel and other data analytics tools. Be data-sensitive!
7.5 days per week for at least 6 months.
8.Familiar with or interested in the culture and media usage behavior of at least one of the following overseas markets is a plus: Thailand, HongKong, Singapore, UK, Malaysia.
